You’ll only cluck like a chicken if you really want to. Hypnosis will never make you do anything you don’t want to do.
Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened responsiveness to a suggestion.
Contrary to popular belief, you are NOT asleep when you are hypnotized. Instead, you are very relaxed, but your awareness is actually heightened.
Your hypnotist will guide you to achieve this state and then work with you to program your subconscious to focus on the goal you want to achieve.
The power is always within you and comes from you. Your hypnotist is your guide to access it.
